TOOLS, SPORTING/OUTDOOR EQUIPMENT, SPEAKERS

These items (i.e. bicycles, lawn mowers, clothing, surfboards, etc.) are sold without warranty, "AS-IS", due to the nature of the products.

Customers are more then welcome to test the products in-store to ensure peace of mind, in fact WE ENCOURAGE IT.

Our staff are more than happy to assist with testing the products, and can provide power leads, power points, fuel, etc... if required.

HI-FI, ELECTRICAL GOODS, CAMERAS,  MUSIC EQUIPMENT

These items/goods (i.e. laptops, stereos, video games consoles, guitars, DJ equipment, computer hardware, e.t.c. ) are usually covered by a 30 day warranty, when purchased at FULL TICKET PRICE and must be noted on the receipt. If discounted, a warranty does not apply, unless noted on the receipt, therefore making the item sold "AS-IS".

 

DVD'S AND GAME DISCS

     All DVD's, CD's and game discs are covered by a 24 hr warranty, To enable customers to take home and test if the discs play properly.  

 

JEWELLERY AND WATCHES

     These items for various reasons cannot be warranted or returned/exchanged therefore are not covered by a warranty.

     These items are sold "AS-IS".

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

We do not provide refunds or exchanges if you break or modify the item in anyway, decide you no longer want the item, find it cheaper or simply change your mind.

No reimbursement will be given on outside services rendered on any items sold (i.e. car audio installation, technical support, etc.)

If an item is faulty or defective for any reason within the specified warranty period, we will endeavour to get it repaired so long as it is cost effective to do so. If not, a full or partial refund and/or exhchange for a similar item will be issued at the stores discretion.

No returns/exchanges will be accepted after any specified warranty time frame listed on the receipt. Original Receipt is required. No exceptions.

​

Lay-by items may only be collected by the person who's name appears on the receipt unless prior arrangements have been made. All Lay-by items have a maximum lay-by period of 60 days. Any items exceeded the 60 days will be forfitted back to the shop and any money paid is non-refundable.

​

"AS-IS" means No Refunds or Exchanges for any reason.
